On July 31st, 2023 Patrick Bedell of Massachusetts sexually assaulted and strangled his then Fiance Jessica Babcock on her work trip to Las Vegas NV. Mr. Bedell was initially charged with 2 counts of sexual assault and 1 count of domestic battery by strangulation.
On September 9th, 2024 Mr. Bedell was sentenced after taking a deal and pleading guilty. Mr. Bedell is now a convicted felon.
